    Identifying the source of a cardiac implantable electronic device (CIED) infection can be difficult, however the incidence of infection is on the rise. 2With >8 in 10 CIED patients not treated1 according to Class I guidelines from leading medical societies3, it is important to investigate the device: if an infection is present. This course will give you more insights of CIED infection from sight of infectiologist and deliver details and background information on how to treat these patients for better outcome.
